 We understand that work life is more and more hectic these days. Our goal is to make it a little
easier so you can focus on your business and leave some of the “busy work” to us.
As a result, we’re introducing e-Services – a customer-only, value-added FREE service that gives you quick
access to various reports and forms that you may need on a regular basis to run your business.
Upon request, Labor Power will provide you with a unique and confidential user name and password combination so you can log into the secure “Customer Only” portion of this website.
Just log on, check the services you want, and Labor Power will compile the reports and email them back to you. It’s that simple

Employee Dates Report -- Manage your time and attendance data with a report that easily and efficiently tracks the dates each employee worked on your site.

Workers’ Compensation Certificate -- Access the most up-to-date certificate of compliance with your facility’s insurance requirement.

IDOL Certificate -- Request Labor Power's current Illinois Department of Labor Certificate.

Invoices -- Allocate your expenses and organize for tax time. Request copies of invoices that were generated for Labor Power employee services.

Work Tickets -- Verify billable service hours for auditing purposes.

Employment Application -- Protect your company down the road with certified true, accurate, and complete information. Request standard 8½” x 11” employment application forms for easy download.

Blank Work Ticket -- Download blank work tickets that you can write and submit to the appropriate department.

Wage Increase Form -- Download Wage Increase form that can be sent to the payroll department before new wage effective dates.
