Why should I trust our temporary staffing needs to Labor Power?
How many shifts does your service support? We’re there when you need us, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year…even the holidays. What kinds of worker do you specialize in?Our specialty is light industrial staffing. That includes, but is not limited to:
What geographical areas do you cover? We provide highly qualified temp workers to the entire Midwest area. Do you provide transportation for the workers?Absolutely. Depending on the number of workers and the location of your work site, we provide transportation through buses or vans. Of course, workers are free to drive their own cars or take public transportation. Do you take care of things like Worker’s Comp, Social Security, taxes and other HR functions?Yes. They are Labor Power employees. In essence, we hire the employee and “loan him or her out” to you. That means far less paperwork on your end. How much advance notice must I give you for temporary workers? We would prefer that you call us at least one day in advance so that we can make the best qualified match for your particular need. We make every effort for last-minute requests, but it always helps to have a little bit of notice. What if I have a question or concern? Is there someone I can contact right away? Our stellar customer service is one of the best reasons to team up with us. You may call us any time – even if it’s two in the morning on a Saturday – and we’ll do everything in our power to resolve the question or concern to your total satisfaction. Suppose I’m not happy with the way the worker is performing. What is the procedure?Fortunately for us, the vast majority of the workers we send out are well-qualified; our clients tend to be delighted with them. But since this is a human services business, every now and then there is the rare “bad apple”, despite our screening. If that happens, we guarantee that you will not pay a penny for the first two hours, and that we will send a replacement right away. What if we love the worker’s performance? Can we hire him or her?Yes, you may certainly hire a temporary employee, as long as he or she has worked for your company for 60 consecutive working days, at no fee. If you choose to hire one of our employees before the 60 days, a fee may apply. Bottom line: is it worth it for me to hire Labor Power temporary employees?Absolutely. When you total the direct costs and hidden
expenses of an employee, you will find that our rates are very competitive. And when you add the convenience of a huge
employee resource with no added liability, using Labor Power Employees is a
very attractive option. |
